The short answer
You don't need a separate password for the help centre. It uses your FirmLinks account: when you sign in to the help centre, FirmLinks signs you in for you, with the same email address. Once you're signed in there, you can see your own support tickets as well as the articles.
Getting there from FirmLinks
Click your picture or initials at the top right of FirmLinks, then Help. The help centre opens in a new tab.
- If you're signed in to FirmLinks, Help takes you through the help centre's sign-in, and you arrive already signed in.
- If you're not signed in — or you're partway through creating your account — Help opens the help centre's front page, where you can read articles without signing in.
Clicking Login on the help centre
If you're already on the help centre and click Login, it sends you to FirmLinks for a moment. You'll see "Signing you in to the help centre…" and then land back on the help centre, signed in.
If you aren't signed in to FirmLinks at the time, you're shown the FirmLinks sign-in page first. Sign in as usual — with your password, or with Google or Microsoft — and you're taken straight back to the help centre, signed in. There's nothing else to click.
If it doesn't work
"Your FirmLinks sign-in has expired, so we could not sign you in to the help centre." Click Sign in to FirmLinks again under the message; once you've signed in, you're passed on to the help centre as normal.
"The help centre sign-in isn't available right now." Use Open the help centre under the message. You can still read every article; try signing in again later.
"This address is the hand-off from the FirmLinks help centre, and this request did not come from it." This page only works when the help centre sends you to it — for example, if you bookmarked it, or followed a link that lost part of its address. Open the help centre and click its own Login.
If none of that helps, contact support and tell us the email address you sign in to FirmLinks with.
